Collections

A collection holds the scenes, sources, layouts, and production items for a show. Use separate collections for separate productions.

Before you start

Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.

Where to find it

Collection menu.

Use it

Choose Collection > New.
Enter Collection name.
Set brand colors, Brand font, presenter information, and default camera/audio input if needed.
Save the collection.
Use Collection > Collections to select it.

Controls and additional tasks

Use Duplicate for a separate copy of a show. Rename changes its name. Import and Export transfer collections. Manage provides Edit, Set Active, and Delete. Remove or Delete removes saved content; export a copy first if you need it later. Delete All Unused Existing Sources removes unused source definitions, not sources used in scenes.

Cancel	Close without saving the pending edits.
Delete All Unused Existing Sources	Delete unused existing sources.
Edit	Edit the selected item.
Set Active	Set active.
Delete	Remove the selected saved item.
Close	Close this window.

If something is wrong

If scenes or layouts appear missing, check the active collection.
