Configure a visual transition preset

Choose a preset and adjust its offered visual parameters before using it between scenes.

Before you start

Open the collection and layout you intend to use. Prepare the devices, storage, or receiving service required by this workflow.

Where to find it

Manage Transitions > MCast Shader Transition.

Set it up

  1. Choose Preset.
  2. Adjust only the parameters displayed for that preset.
  3. Set general Duration ms and Easing.
  4. Choose Preview Transition.
  5. Choose Save when the scene change looks right.

Preset parameters

Reflection (0–1), Perspective (0–1), Depth (1–10), Background color, Samples (2–100), Page color, Page transparency (0–1), Power (0.5–8), Center X/Y (0–1), and Strength (0–1.5) are offered for applicable presets. They adjust the preset’s visual treatment; a parameter not shown for the selected preset is not an active setting for it.

Defaults and preview

Defaults restores the transition type’s default settings. Preview Transition plays the selected transition in its preview area without saving it.
