How do I organize and reopen a production collection?

Follow this workflow to organize and reopen a production collection.

Before you start

Decide which layouts and content belong to the same production.

Where to find it

Collection menu.

Steps

Choose Collection > New.
Enter Collection name.
Set brand colors, Brand font, presenter information, and default camera/audio input if needed.
Save the collection.
Use Collection > Collections to select it.

Check the result

Reopen the intended collection and verify its layouts and sources.

Helpful information

Use Duplicate for a separate copy of a show. Rename changes its name. Import and Export transfer collections. Manage provides Edit, Set Active, and Delete. Remove or Delete removes saved content; export a copy first if you need it later. Delete All Unused Existing Sources removes unused source definitions, not sources used in scenes.

If something is wrong

If content appears missing, check that you opened the correct collection before changing anything.
