Attach output destinations

Attach broadcast, recording, and external destinations to a layout. An output profile defines a feed and its delivery settings.

Before you start

Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.

Where to find it

Layout Output > Destinations.

Use it

  1. Open the target layout.
  2. Choose Output > Destinations.
  3. Choose Broadcast Destination, Recording Destination, or External Destination.
  4. Choose Add.
  5. Select an output profile, or choose New to create one.
  6. Review audio route and priority.
  7. Choose Done.

Controls and additional tasks

Remove detaches a destination from this layout. Edit changes the chosen profile. Program/Preview feeds come from the attached layout; Scene/Source feeds require a selected target. Replay feeds require available replay channels.

Additional workflow details

Choose between Broadcast, Recording, and External profiles. Output Feed chooses the picture; Output render settings chooses its format; Audio Track supplies the sound.
