Prepare scheduled broadcasts with shared details
Schedule supported destination events together, with shared details and destination-specific overrides.
Before you start
Open the intended collection and check the result before using it during a production. Controls depend on the installed version and current selection.
Where to find it
File > Create Broadcast.
Use it
- Choose the eligible event-based destinations offered by the dialog.
- Set Base Details and its schedule date/time in the displayed local time zone.
- Review each destination’s details and Use Base Details choice.
- Save the scheduled events and check their results at each provider.
- At show time, select the prepared events and start the intended broadcasts explicitly.
Helpful information
Create Broadcast is schedule-only: scheduling stays required and saving does not start streaming. Only compatible event-based providers are offered. A manual stream-key destination can require scheduling on its provider website instead.
With Use Base Details enabled, shared edits are applied to eligible destinations. An explicit destination date/time edit remains its own override. Turning Use Base Details off stops shared updates; turning it back on reapplies the touched shared values. Check every destination after changing it.
If only some events are created, review the per-destination result. A retry skips completed destinations rather than creating them again. Scheduling success is separate from live picture/sound delivery.
