Where to find it

File > Output > Video Codec Profiles.

  3. Choose the video Encoder.
  4. Set quality, preset, and tune.
  5. Choose the audio encoder.

Additional workflow details

A codec profile pairs video and audio encoder choices. Audio bitrate, sample rate, and channel count come from the selected Audio Preset. Codec-specific arguments apply to the selected encoder; they do not replace the audio preset. Use a profile name that describes the pair.
