Why does a saved signal device not receive feedback?
A connected receiver updates when the selected state changes.
Before you start
Open the intended collection/layout and prepare a safe rehearsal. Have the device, media or receiving service required by the task available.

Steps
- Open Tools > Signal > Devices and choose Refresh.
- Check the device’s status and connection.
- Review the mapping target/control, Type and Scope.
- Test and read Feedback activity, then check the real receiver.

Helpful information
A stored device name does not prove it is connected. Importing a mapping on another computer requires reviewing its target.
If something is wrong
If Live states never changes, choose the correct event/subject before troubleshooting delivery.
