How do I apply a ready-made shortcut template?
The selected assignments appear with the intended targets.
Before you start
Open the intended collection/layout and prepare a safe rehearsal. Have the device, media or receiving service required by the task available.

Steps
- Open File > Shortcuts > Shortcut Templates.
- Select the template and review its Cards/List preview.
- Choose the collection and any required collection targets.
- Choose Apply, then inspect and test the resulting assignments.
Check the result
The selected assignments appear with the intended targets.
Helpful information
Apply preserves existing assignments; review matching controls afterward.
If something is wrong
Resolve required collection targets and Needs Attention entries.
