Audio monitor channels
Send an operator mix to a selected listening device.
Before you start
Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.
Where to find it
File > Options > Audio Monitor Channels; Monitor Channels dock.
Use it
- Choose the monitor channel in Options.
- Choose Edit.
- Set Name, Channel No., and Output Device.
- Enable it and save.
- Set monitor sends in audio input properties.
- Adjust monitor channel volume and mute.
Controls and additional tasks
Monitor sends have their own balance, level, mute, and solo. Default Monitoring Output is selected in Settings.

| L | Set l for this item. Minimum: -100; Maximum: 100. |
| Edit audio monitor channel | Open settings. |
| Horizontal audio monitor channel layout | Turn this option on or off for this item. |
| Channel No. | Set channel no. for this item. |
| Name | Name used to identify this item in lists. |
| Output Device | Set output device for this item. |
| Enabled | Enable this item without removing its saved settings. |
| Save | Save the edited settings. |
| Cancel | Close without saving the pending edits. |
