Choose a built-in headline, chat or ticker design
Find ready-made designs and adapt them to your show without starting with an empty template.
Before you start
Open the intended collection and check the result before using it in a live show.
Where to find it
The template picker/library in Motion Graphics or Platform Chat source properties; Tools > Motion Template Designer for editing.
Use it
- Choose Headlines, Platform Chat or Tickers in the template library.
- Select a suitable design and preview it with your own content.
- Duplicate the template before making a separate custom variant.
- Map the source fields and review short, long and multiline content.
Helpful information
Headlines include editorial, framed and compact Plain/Soft designs. Plain Auto Width and Soft Auto Width adapt their width to text; fixed-width compact designs wrap and adapt their height. Compact designs use collection brand colors and font.
Platform Chat includes Floating Reply 50, Reverse Quote 50, Editorial Conversation and Split Capsule 50 among the available designs. The 50 designs have a translucent background while text and portraits remain independently visible. Tickers include Floating Wire, Stacked Dispatch, Index Track and Capsule Terminal. Choose the version that suits your output size, then check readability over the actual background. Existing designs remain available.
