Subtitle

Display live captions with a subtitle template and selected speech model.

Before you start

Open the intended collection and layout. For capture or network inputs, have the device or sender available.

Where to find it

Sources > Add > Subtitle.

Use it

  1. Choose Subtitle Template.
  2. Enable live captions.
  3. Select Model and Audio Source.
  4. Choose language/custom code where needed.
  5. Set characters per line, maximum lines, and confidence threshold.
  6. Choose punctuation, profanity, partial-results, and word-highlight options.
  7. Save and check captions.

Controls and additional tasks

Partial speech results update before the final phrase. Higher confidence threshold admits fewer uncertain words. Word highlight requires a supporting template. Model settings are managed under Speech Models.
