QR Code elements

Create a scannable QR graphic inside a template.

Before you start

Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.

Where to find it

Motion Template designer > Edit > Add Element > Add QR Code.

Use it

1. Add QR Code.
2. Enter Payload.
3. Choose Foreground and Error Correction.
4. Set Finder Style, Module Style, and Quiet Zone.
5. Add a Center Logo only if needed.
6. Preview at the intended output size and test scanning.
7. Save.

Controls and additional tasks

Quiet Zone is the margin around the code. Logo Size, Logo Backing, and Logo Shape change the center logo treatment. Preserve adequate contrast and code margins for scanning.

If something is wrong

If scanning fails, increase size/contrast, preserve the quiet zone, or reduce/remove the logo.
