How do I update template text while the show is running?

Follow this workflow to update template text while the show is running.

Before you start

Expose the template values that operators should be able to change.

Where to find it

Motion Template designer > Data.

Steps

1. Select the intended field/element.
2. Enable Expose For Live Data.
3. Review Selected Field.
4. Set the field name/value.
5. Save.
6. Bind the exposed value in Motion Graphic source properties.

Check the result

Change a sample value and verify the intended graphic updates.

Helpful information

Only exposed values are offered for live data. Bind each value to a data column or provide a manual value. Format uses {0} for the incoming data.

If something is wrong

Check exposed field names and the source/template receiving the values.
