Present reusable content in Normal

Choose one active presentation item from the Content library, then show it through a Content Placement in a scene.

Before you start

Open the intended collection and layout. Rehearse changes before using them during a live production.

Where to find it

Media > Content, the Content panel, and Normal Sources > Add Content Placement.

Use it

  1. In the intended scene, choose Add Content Placement and arrange its frame.
  2. Open Content and add Image, Video, Window, Display, Image Slide Show, PowerPoint (PPTX) or Image Sequence.
  3. Choose the desired card and enable it with Show or hide source.
  4. Use card Properties for capture/file settings, and select a slide for PowerPoint.
  5. Check the complete scene so the Content Placement has the intended size and position.
  6. Hide the active content if you want the area clear.

Library and placement

The library is reusable within the collection. It shows one active content source at a time; enabling another replaces the active content. Each scene can have one Content Placement, with its own positioning. A content card can be ready in the library while no scene placement displays it.

Drag files from File Browser into Content or choose its explicit Add to Content command. Dropping on the canvas uses the area under the pointer; check the destination instead of assuming every drop enters Content.

If the content is blank

Check both the active card and the scene’s Content Placement. Then check file availability, capture permissions, selected slide and the source’s properties.
