How do I split participants between several guest grids?

Use fixed capacities and Sources-list order to prepare several participant areas.

Before you start

Prepare the full scene, including its nested scenes.

The scene’s Sources list and each grid’s properties.

Place the grid that should receive the first participants earlier in front-to-back Sources-list order.
Set fixed capacities where needed so later grids can receive remaining participants.
Check nested grids at the nested scene’s place in the same source order.
Preview the complete scene with the intended participants.

Participants occupy the intended grid areas.

Making a grid physically larger does not give it priority. Selecting a nested scene directly starts its participant allocation from the beginning.

Check the full scene rather than only the nested scene preview, and review fixed/expanding capacity.
