How do I create a guest room and invite participants?

Follow this workflow to create a guest room and invite participants.

Before you start

Prepare the host picture/sound and decide the room access settings.

Where to find it

Guest dock > room editor (Room Details).

Steps

Create or edit the intended room.
Enter Room Name.
Choose Workspace Type.
Set Canvas dimensions and FPS as offered.
Under Security, enable Password protected if required and enter Password.
Choose Save.

Check the result

Use a test participant to check entry and the waiting-room flow.
