How do I set the sound guests receive?

Follow this workflow to set the sound guests receive.

Before you start

Prepare the host feed and identify the incoming guest audio bus.

Where to find it

Guest host settings > Host feed, Return audio gain, and Accidental click protection.

Steps

  1. Open host settings for the guest system.
  2. Choose the Incoming audio bus.
  3. Adjust Return audio gain while checking the guest return.
  4. If needed, save an audio filter preset in the mixer and select it under Apply audio filters automatically.
  5. Set Guest card delete and Room session end protection.
  6. Choose Save.

Check the result

Ask a test guest to confirm the return sound while you check the incoming mix.

Helpful information

Waiting Room audio continues to use Master. Monitor routing is controlled from Manage Audio Buses. 0 dB Return audio gain keeps the original level; peak protection prevents clipping.

Review host feed, incoming audio bus, return gain, and monitoring routes. Test the guest return directly.
