How do I create a guest room and invite participants?
Create or edit the intended room. Enter Room Name. Use a test participant to check entry and the waiting-room flow.
How do I bring a waiting guest on screen?
Add or edit the guest. Enter Name, Headline, and an optional image. Check Program and the guest audio mix after admission.
How do I arrange several guests in one scene?
Open the scene that will contain the source. Choose Add in Sources. Check the positions and entry/exit appearance for a test participant.
How do I record hosts and guests separately?
Open the recording settings before starting the session. Enable recording for hosts, guests, or both. After ending a test session, open each expected participant file.
How do I set the sound guests receive?
Open host settings for the guest system. Choose the Incoming audio bus. Ask a test guest to confirm the return sound while you check the incoming mix.
How do I show and manage platform chat?
Add a Platform Chat source to a scene. Select a compatible template in its properties. Check a test message in the selected chat view and any intended on-screen presentation.
