How do I see chat from one layout or all active layouts?
Combine layout and platform filters while keeping other active chats available.
Before you start
Open the intended collection and its active broadcast layouts.
Where to find it
Platform Chat > Layout > Platform.
Steps
- Choose All layouts to read combined active chat.
- Choose a specific layout and platform to narrow the list.
- Scroll up to read history and return to the bottom to follow new messages.
- Review the separate send destination before composing a host message.
Check the result
The list shows messages for the chosen active layout/platform.
Helpful information
Starting another output keeps history. Stopping one output leaves the other active chats running. A shared event is not duplicated in All layouts.
If something is wrong
Check that the layout is open and has an active supported chat destination; unopened inactive tabs are outside this scope.
