How do I remove a selected chat template route?
The template assignment should match the saved routing choices.
Before you start
Check whether paid/member chat uses the base template.
Where to find it
Platform Chat Settings > Platform Chat templates.
Steps
- Choose Clear beside the intended template selection.
- Review Use base template choices for paid/member chat.
- Choose Save and Close.
- Test a permitted sample message and check the intended presentation.
Check the result
The template assignment should match the saved routing choices.
Helpful information
Clear changes routing. Remove from Broadcast removes the currently shown message instead.
If something is wrong
Check any enabled reuse of the base template and the current message class.
