How do I clear downloaded image cache?
Needed image copies download again when used.
Before you start
Open the intended collection/layout and prepare a safe rehearsal. Have the device, media or receiving service required by the task available.

See General settings, language, tray and cache for the exact controls and navigation.
Steps
- Open File > Settings > Application > General.
- Find Cache Cleanup and choose Clear Now.
- Wait for the completion message; choose a cleanup interval and Save if you want recurring cleanup.
Check the result
Needed image copies download again when used.
Helpful information
This cleanup is separate from media files, recordings and diagnostic logs.
If something is wrong
If cleanup reports failure, wait briefly and retry; do not remove unrelated folders.
