View plans, buy and restore a subscription
Open the plan chooser, review the checkout and refresh access on the same MCast account.
Before you start
Open the intended collection and layout. Rehearse changes before using them during a live production.
Where to find it
The main BUY control; Help > License to check current access.
Use it
- Sign in to the intended MCast account and open BUY.
- Review the offered plan and billing period; the Store confirms the final price and terms at checkout.
- Complete the Store purchase, or use Buy online for website checkout.
- Return to MCast and choose Refresh to check access.
- Use Restore purchases for a Store purchase that needs restoring.
- Use Manage subscription to manage renewal in the Store where you purchased.
Accounts and billing
Purchases use your signed-in MCast account; the Store may ask for its own account at checkout. A website subscription also works when you sign in to the same MCast account. Offered Store products can vary by platform and availability. Do not assume a plan shown in a guide is available at a particular price.
Subscriptions renew until canceled according to the checkout terms. Manage or cancel through the Store or website used for the purchase. Restore purchases does not create a second subscription.
If access is missing
Check the signed-in MCast account, the purchase account and connectivity, then Refresh/Restore as appropriate. Review Help > License. Keep the purchase confirmation for support; do not share passwords or payment details.
