How do I restore or refresh subscription access?
The correct account should show its entitled access.
Before you start
Use the MCast account associated with your purchase.
Where to find it
Main BUY plan chooser.
Steps
- Sign in to the intended MCast account and open BUY.
- Choose Refresh for current access.
- Use Restore purchases for a Store purchase when needed.
- Review Help > License and use Manage subscription for renewal management.
Check the result
The correct account should show its entitled access.
Helpful information
A website subscription uses the same MCast account. The Store can ask for its own purchase account.
If something is wrong
Check purchase confirmation and account identity before contacting support; do not share payment/password details.
