Why do I need to set up a workspace again after updating to 1.1.3?
Prepare the fresh workspace used by the 1.1.3 release.
Before you start
Keep earlier saved data, exports and backups; save work before updating.
Where to find it
Startup sign-in and Set up workspace.
Steps
- Sign in with the account that owns your plan.
- Complete step 1: collection name, Normal/Pro, layout, theme, language, branding and monitoring defaults.
- Continue to step 2 and choose camera/audio inputs and presenter information, then Create.
- Restore supported exported content or prepare the show again, then test scenes, sound and destinations.
Check the result
The new workspace opens and is checked before a production.
Helpful information
1.1.3 starts a fresh workspace rather than automatically opening earlier saved configuration. Keep older data; importing an export depends on the current version accepting it.
If something is wrong
Do not delete earlier data to fix a missing collection. Contact support if the import is rejected or expected work is unavailable.
