How do I apply a built-in visual effect?
Follow this workflow to apply a built-in visual effect.
Before you start
Select the source and find the named effect in the filter list.
Where to find it
Source right-click > Filters > Add Filter.
Steps
- Select the source and open Filters.
- Choose Add Filter.
- Search for MCast Glow and add it.
- Adjust the controls below in the live preview.
- Compare with bypass enabled.
- Keep the effect only if the result suits the scene.
Check the result
Compare the original and treated picture at the output size.
Helpful information
Reset returns defaults; disable bypasses without deletion. Filter order affects the picture.
If something is wrong
If the effect is clipped, check expansion controls; if too strong, reduce its settings or bypass it.
