MCast Displacement Map Advanced Invert
Applies the displacement map advanced invert visual effect.
Before you start
Select the intended collection or item before changing its settings.
Where to find it
Source right-click > Filters > Add Filter.
Use it
- Select the source and open Filters.
- Choose Add Filter.
- Search for MCast Displacement Map Advanced Invert and add it.
- Adjust the controls below in the live preview.
- Compare with bypass enabled.
- Keep the effect only if the result suits the scene.
Controls and additional tasks
Reset returns defaults; disable bypasses without deletion. Filter order affects the picture.
Effect settings

| Expand Left | Add space at the left edge for effect pixels outside the source. Default: 0; Range: 0–9999. |
| Expand Right | Add space at the right edge for effect pixels outside the source. Default: 0; Range: 0–9999. |
| Expand Top | Add space above the source for effect pixels outside its bounds. Default: 0; Range: 0–9999. |
| Expand Bottom | Add space below the source for effect pixels outside its bounds. Default: 0; Range: 0–9999. |
| Displacement X (px) | Set displacement x (px) for this effect. Default: 16; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Displacement Y (px) | Set displacement y (px) for this effect. Default: 16; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Displacement Curve | Set displacement curve for this effect. Default: 1; Choices: Linear, Quadratic, Cubic. |
| Blur Size (px) | Adjust blur size (px); compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: 8; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Blur Quality (4.0) | Adjust blur quality (4.0); compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: 4; Range: 1–16. |
| Blur Directions (16.0) | Adjust blur directions (16.0); compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: 16; Range: 1–24. |
| Blur Angle (degrees) | Adjust blur angle (degrees); compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: 0; Range: 0–360. |
| Chromatic Aberration (0.0) | Adjust chromatic aberration (0.0); compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: 0; Range: -1–1. |
| Colorize X | Set colorize x for this effect. Default: 0; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Colorize Y | Set colorize y for this effect. Default: 0; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Colorize Z | Set colorize z for this effect. Default: 0; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Colorize W | Set colorize w for this effect. Default: 0; Range: -1000000–1000000. |
| Blue channel affects displacement | Enable or disable blue channel affects displacement. Default: false. |
| Blue channel affects colorize | Enable or disable blue channel affects colorize. Default: false. |
| Blue channel affects blur | Adjust blue channel affects blur; compare the effect in the preview or audio meter. Default: false. |
| Alpha channel affects displacement | Enable or disable alpha channel affects displacement. Default: false. |
| Apply alpha | Enable or disable apply alpha. Default: false. |
| Background Layer Source | Select the background layer source used by this effect. |
| Background Layer File | Select the background layer file used by this effect. |
If something is wrong
If a required image/source is missing, select it in the corresponding file/source control. If the effect is clipped, review its expansion controls.
Stop or remove
Bypass the effect to retain settings. Select it and choose Delete to remove it.
