Mark, edit, and play Replay Suite events

Turn replay recording into named event ranges that can be cued, organized, played by angle, or exported.

Before you start

Open the collection and layout you intend to use. Prepare the devices, storage, or receiving service required by this workflow.

Where to find it

Replay Suite event list and its right-click menu.

Set it up

  1. Start Replay Suite recording after configuring the inputs.
  2. Check whether timing is Live or Recorded.
  3. Choose In at the beginning of the event.
  4. Choose Out at the end to create the event.
  5. Select the event and review its range in the event editor.
  6. Use Play or Play Each Angle when ready.

Live and Recorded timing

Live uses current recording time; Recorded uses the timeline position. Cancel Mark In cancels a pending mark without creating an event. Verify the mode before marking.

Organize events

Use the event context menu to Copy, Move, Duplicate, add to a playlist, or Remove. Event Speed offers Controller Default, 100%, 75%, 50%, 33%, and 25%. Play Each Angle plays the available event angles. Export Clip and Export Package are separate export actions.

Stopping recording

The Replay Suite recording button requires holding Shift while clicking Stop. Stop playback with its playback control when you want to end a cue without ending recording.
