Agreement
By using the MCast Studio website, account portal, licensing system, payment checkout or desktop application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.
Product and license
MCast Studio is desktop live production software with plan-based access to features, limits and update eligibility. A license may be Free, Trial, one-time payment or subscription based, depending on the plan selected.
License access is tied to your account, license key and allowed device activations. You must not share, resell, rent, publish or transfer license keys unless we explicitly approve it in writing.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Information you provide should be accurate enough for license activation, invoices, support and payment verification.
Plan limits and features
Plans define feature availability and limits such as scenes, sources, overlays, guests, replay inputs, virtual camera, SRT profiles, subtitle models, update months and device activations. The desktop app may validate these limits through online license refresh and signed license tokens.
During development, plan names, prices, feature limits and availability may be adjusted before final commercial launch. Active purchases will be handled according to the plan and entitlement recorded for the account.
Trial and free access
Trial access is limited by the trial duration and trial entitlements shown in the plan. Free access may include reduced feature limits and may not include product updates unless stated otherwise.
Payments
Paid plans are processed through the active payment gateway configured by MCast Studio, currently Cashfree by default with Razorpay available as an alternative. A paid license is activated only after the server verifies successful payment status from the payment gateway.
Prices, taxes, gateway charges and currency may vary by plan, payment method or region. You are responsible for checking the plan details before purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans remain active only while payment is current. If payment fails, is cancelled, disputed or expires, access may be downgraded, suspended or revoked. Subscription cancellation stops future billing but does not create a refund for previous billing periods.
Restrictions
You must not reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass, modify or attack the licensing system, license token, activation workflow, payment verification, reCAPTCHA protection or security controls. You must not use MCast Studio for unlawful, abusive or harmful activity.
Updates and availability
One-time paid plans may include a fixed update period. Subscription plans receive updates while the subscription remains active. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when needed for reliability, security, legal compliance or product direction.
Limitation of liability
MCast Studio is provided for live production workflows, but you remain responsible for testing your setup before live events. We are not responsible for event losses, missed streams, production failures, network issues, third-party service outages, payment gateway issues or misuse of the software.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke access if an account violates these terms, abuses the service, tampers with licensing, uses fraudulent payment activity or creates security risk.
