No refund policy
MCast Studio does not provide refunds. All paid licenses, subscriptions, upgrades and renewals are final once payment is successfully completed and verified.
Why purchases are final
MCast Studio provides a free/trial path so users can test the desktop application, workflow, device compatibility, feature limits and production requirements before buying a paid plan. Because digital license access can be activated immediately, paid purchases are treated as final.
No refund cases
No refund will be provided for wrong plan selection, change of mind, unused license period, unused update period, device incompatibility after purchase, internet or hardware issues, failure to test the trial, subscription cancellation after billing, or any feature that was clearly shown as plan-limited before purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation stops future billing where supported by the payment gateway or billing flow. It does not refund the current or previous billing period. Access may continue until the paid period ends, unless the account is suspended or revoked for policy, payment or security reasons.
Gateway fees and taxes
Payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes and currency conversion charges are not refundable by MCast Studio.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order or charged incorrectly because of a payment gateway issue, contact support with the order id, payment id, email address and date of payment. We will review the payment record. Any exception will be handled only when legally required or when a verified duplicate technical charge is confirmed.
Before buying
Please use the trial, compare the plan table, confirm required features, check device limits and verify your production workflow before paying. Buying a paid plan means you accept this no-refund policy.
